Clusterin-ASO is a second-generation antisense oligonucleotide that uses 2'-methoxyethyl (MOE) modification + thiophosphate backbone (for enhanced stability) to target Clusterin mRNA, a stress-induced molecular chaperone protein that plays a key role in cell anti-apoptosis and protein homeostasis.
