Description

The SH-SY5Y cell line was developed by stably transfecting tGPF-tau protein (0N4R) and TagRFP-α-synuclein. This cell line is stably transfected with two constructs and can be used for cell-based detection applications. This stably transfected cell line provides consistent expression levels, which helps simplify the interpretation of results. This cell line is intended to be used as an "in vitro" model for research.

Mycoplasma Testing
