Description
Primary keratinocytes isolated from the epidermal layer of human skin. These cells are fundamental for studying skin barrier function, toxicology, and dermatological disorders. As a readily accessible cell source, keratinocytes can be effectively reprogrammed into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) for subsequent differentiation into diverse lineages, including the complex neural tissues found in brain organoids.
