Description
On the eighth day following birth, MSC from Creative Biolabs was extracted from the sciatic nerve of C57BL/6 mice. MSCs are transported and kept as primary cultures under freezing conditions. Immunofluorescence using antibodies against S100, GFAP, and CD90 distinguishes MSC from other cell types. Mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungus are not present in MSC. MSC promises that under the parameters stipulated by Creative Biolabs, the population will increase by fivefold.
