Product Overview

Description

Rabbit corneal endothelial cells were isolated from corneal tissue. The main functions of corneal endothelial cells are as follows: ①The cornea is the only avascular tissue with transparent properties and the function of synthesizing many proteins; ②The corneal endothelial cells play an important role in the transparency of the cornea; ③The corneal endothelial cells pass through Na+-K+-ATP Enzyme activity, maintain the Na+ gradient in the cornea and aqueous humor, prevent water from infiltrating into the cornea, maintain the relative dehydration of the corneal parenchyma, and maintain transparency.
