Description
Mucolipidosis IV is a rare genetic disorder characterized by intellectual disability caused by mutations in the gene MCOLN1. Fibroblasts from patients with clinically diagnosed mucolipidosis type IV were reprogrammed into iPSCs using our footprint-free episomal reprogramming method and then differentiated into neural stem cells using our chemically defined cortical neural induction method.
