Additional Donor Information

This is an immortalized cell line derived from the brain of an apparently normal 10-day-old mouse. In the presence of CSF-1, clone Ref cells into soft agar and expand on microcarrier beads. The beads are transferred to a petri dish and subsequently passaged by scraping.
