Description
iNeu™ Glutamatergic Neurons PRKN R275W/WT are precisely reprogrammed glutamatergic neurons carrying genetically engineered heterozygous mutations in the PRKN gene encoding parkin. These cells provide a rapidly maturing, disease-relevant isogenic system for studying the molecular and cellular significance of the heterozygous R275W mutation in Parkinson's disease. Related disease model cells with homozygous PRKN R275W mutations are also available, and both can be used with their genetically matched control glutamatergic neurons.
