This is a fourth-generation variant of a high-affinity, fluorogenic RNA aptamer. It is designed to fold into a specific three-stem structure that creates a precise binding pocket for Thiazole Orange fluorophores. The variant has been specifically engineered for enhanced thermal stability while retaining the ultra-high binding affinity and significant fluorescence enhancement characteristic of the Mango aptamer family, making it a highly reliable and robust tool for quantitative analysis of RNA.
