Description
This is a synthetic RNA aptamer variant, designed for high-performance live-cell imaging. It folds into a unique three-dimensional structure that creates a high-affinity binding site for the Thiazole Orange derivative, TO3-Biotin. This binding activates the dye, causing it to emit a strong fluorescent signal in the far-red spectrum (Ex/Em ~637/658 nm). This emission profile makes it an excellent tool for tracking RNA with minimal interference from cellular autofluorescence.
